The Justice Initiatives Coordinator is responsible for developing and leading initiatives that promote equity, justice, and community empowerment through education and advocacy with a holistic, trauma-informed approach. This role focuses on supporting youth and families navigating the juvenile court system, fostering restorative justice practices, and ensuring access to resources in neighborhoods and schools. This role will collaborate with community partners, schools and the justice system to create pathways for sustainable change while upholding the belief that every belongs in spaces of justice. This role is rooted in the belief that everyone- regardless of background or circumstance- belongs in spaces of justice.
