Celebrating Four Years!

This year, Back2Back India is celebrating four years of serving and offering care for orphaned and vulnerable children on the Suzuki Samuel Hope Campus! What began as a large, desolate plot of land is now home to 34 children, with four homes for the children, a team house, and staff housing.

Back2Back India recently dedicated a portion of the land to make room for an “English-medium” primary school (Nursery to 5th Grade.) “We broke ground the last week in April,” shared Casey Foreman, Back2Back India Director. The school will offer a platform to serve as many as 150 children living in nearby villages who would otherwise be sent to a children’s home, in hopes of a better education, or attending under-equipped government schools. “We are excited to offer another approach to strengthening families in rural India,” shared Casey.

Twenty-five of the thirty-four children currently living on campus have called Suzuki Samuel Hope Campus home for the last four years. Those same children were at a partnering children’s home three years before coming to Back2Back’s campus, allowing seven years of relationship building between Back2Back staff and sponsors. Offering care for today and hope for each of their tomorrows is only possible, in part, to your faithful sponsorship, support, and advocacy for the children and staff of India. Thank you for partnering with Back2Back in being the difference for one!
