The Back2Back D.R. site is different from many other sites in that it is largely about empowering leaders and caregivers to provide Trauma Competent Care to vulnerable children.

Strong Families programming allows children to remain with their families, flourishing in their own homes and receiving holistic care through tutoring, social-emotional curriculum, parenting classes, and advanced educational opportunities.
Sade is a young woman in her early twenties who is part of Back2Back’s Transition Program. She has been under the holistic care of Back2Back from an early age, first in a partnering children’s home, then as a Hope Education Program student, and now as a Transition student.
Haiti’s Hope Program, like all Back2Back Hope Programs, help teens move toward three distinct objectives – dependency on Jesus, interdependency in their communities, and independence and financial sustainability.
