Advanced Trauma Competent Caregiving

The extended training provided by Advanced Trauma Competent Caregiving is geared toward the needs of helping professionals who specialize in trauma care or lead teams of professionals, as well as parents & full-time caregivers of children experiencing the effects of trauma.

A three-day training event, Advanced Trauma Competent Caregiving provides in-depth examination of all nine modules of trauma content – including assessment tools and care strategies for use in the field, examines real-life case studies, and allows for extended time in small group learning activities.

Trauma Informed Caregiving

A two-day training event, Trauma Informed Caregiving is geared toward helping professionals and parents of children from “hard places.” Training provides participants with the 7 Essential Skills of Trauma Competent Caregiving through an examination of the core principles of trauma care.
