1 Inquire

Browse our openings to find the perfect role for you. Then submit a job inquiry form to start the process. Don’t see a position for you? Submit a general inquiry and when we have a position suited to your skillset, we’ll contact you!

2 Apply

After inquiring about the position and an introductory phone call, you’ll officially apply for the position and interview. If you haven’t already, you may be required to take a trip to one of our sites as part of the interview process.

3 Prepare

When a position is offered, you’ll prepare for your new role. Most positions with Back2Back require support raising: gathering a team of people to financially support the work you’ll be doing. But don’t worry! You’ll have training and a coach to help you.

Compensation

Many people think you must live in poverty to work in the non-profit world. We believe workers are worth their wages. Our compensation is designed to be competitive, and salaries are based on research of comparable positions.
