Internships

Use your passion for the world’s most vulnerable population to explore career opportunities!

Gain valuable experience while learning how you can use your unique skills and giftings to further the cause of the orphan.

We have summer internship opportunities in Cincinnati, Ohio, and at 6 of our international sites.

International Summer Internships

You’ll gain practical hands-on ministry experience through international service at one of our sites. Interns work alongside Back2Back staff members and assist behind-the-scenes to host summer mission trip teams. International interns help lead work projects at local children’s homes and outreaches to underdeveloped communities, contributing to the mission of providing holistic orphan care. The program includes staff-led discipleship and leadership training opportunities. Back2Back offers two summer term options. Selected candidates can request a one-month or two-month internship.

In light of COVID-19 and the many unknowns of 2021, we are working diligently with the sites to discern whether we will host interns in summer 2021, and will update this website on December 7, 2020.  We are working to create and maintain a safe and impactful experience for interns!  We invite candidates who are 18 and older to apply.  If you wish to serve at one of our sites in Mexico or Haiti, you’ll need prior mission trip experience with Back2Back.  For interns wishing to serve at our sites in Nigeria or India, we require you to have prior international mission trip experience with any organization.
