Instructional Designer
Design, develop, deliver, and measure the effectiveness of relevant training through the Back2Back Learn system in order to equip the global team to fulfill the mission and vision with excellence.
To live with Hope Program students as a family in a home on the Monterrey campus and actively participate as parents to the students who are part of the program. This includes attending to their needs, recognizing and respecting each of them and empathically helping them as an individual, a group and through institutional problems.
STINT is short for “short term international.” Each STINTer must make a 12-18 month commitment to serve with Back2Back. The STINT role is a support-staff position.
Commits to directing the Doce Piedras Center in a manner that reflects Jesus Christ and coincides with principles of Back2Back's DNA, developing staff and programs to carry out Back2Back's mission and vision.
To guide the student so that he/she can achieve learning, values and Biblical principles and prepare for life a Christ-centered foundation in English classes.
To offer holistic, trauma competent, relational care for families to keep families united and growing together toward dependence on Jesus, interdependence in community, and economic independence and sustainability.
Support long-term staff families and connect directly with children we serve through a hybrid role that makes a multi-level impact in the mission and vision of the ministry. As a teacher, you will spend part of your time leading a small multi-age classroom of staff children using a Homeschool curriculum.
