Apply

After our introductory conversation, we will agree on a best path forward and officially begin the interview process. If you haven’t already, you may be required to take a trip to one of our sites as part of the process.

Prepare

When we offer you a position, we will give you everything you need to get onboarded. Keep in mind that most positions with Back2Back require support raising, so we’ll be sure to equip you with the proper training to help you in the process.

What is Support Raising?

Most of the roles at Back2Back are funded by support raising. Support raising is the process of gathering a team of people to financially support the work you’ll do. We operate in this way because we want the maximum amount of our funds to go directly toward helping children and their families.

While raising your own support can sound intimidating, you won’t be alone. You’ll have a full team actively training you along the way, and it’s our hope that this collaborative process will be a faith building process for everyone involved.

We have built a healthy environment for our staff to thrive where spiritual and emotional wellness is encouraged. Ample paid time off and our staff support team are just two of the ways we go above and beyond to support our team.
Although we are a nonprofit, we recognize the importance of professional growth within our organization. Opportunities for ongoing learning and career advancement are always available at Back2Back.
In addition to the impact of your work with Back2Back, we offer our team members health, vision, and dental insurance along with several retirement options. Additionally, staff are eligible for a time of sabbatical after 7 years of employment.
