Back2Back values constantly learning as a staff team around the world. A key piece of this value is ongoing training. Recently, two staff members from the Employee Relations team visited India to update their staff team on Back2Back Culture and DNA training.
“It was the first time our entire staff team has been together since we’ve hired new teachers for the school,” shared Julie Mowery, U.S. Director for India.
For several days, they gathered together on the Back2Back campus to grow in their ministry understanding and strengthen their relationships as a staff team. We are so grateful for the work being done across the globe by staff to continue growing as they provide care for today and hope for tomorrow.
