Video Media Coordinator, US Office

Position Title:  Video Media Coordinator

Location: Cincinnati, OH

Status: Full-Time

Reports to: Director of Global Training and Resource Center

Works closely with: Creative Director, Marketing Team, Child Development Team

Position summary: Execute the strategic marketing plan for the Training and Resource Center as it pertains to video content collection and production to allow the ministry to efficiently distribute high quality materials both internally and externally.

Primary responsibilities:

  • Produce ministry training videos for both internal and external distribution.
  • Coordinate all aspects of video production projects through efficient and well-run processes that ensure the projects are accurately defined, scheduled, created, tracked, and completed.
  • Create, manage, and oversee the master video project calendar for the department, ensuring that the projects are appropriately assigned to staff and completed within budget in a timely, high-quality fashion.
  • Build a collection of videos and photos to represent various aspects of the ministry in order to communicate the impact to ministry partners.
  • Strategize and oversee the management of a video and photo archive.
  • Coordinate and plan travel for resource gathering trips.
  • Manage required license agreements, requests, and reports for video and music usage.
  • Produce ministry training videos for both internal and external distribution.
  • Develop and maintain a team of ministry partners that fully fund the position.

Required education and experience:

  • 4-year university degree in related field or demonstrated role competency
  • Experience in executing multifaceted video and photography shoots (professional experience strongly desired but not required)
  • Spanish fluency preferred but not required
  • Familiarity with pre-production, production, and post-production processes

  • Creole, French, or Spanish language skills preferred
