704 ELBERON
A SPACE WHERE
EVERYONE
BELONGS
This is the building that determines what happens next
In Cincinnati today, children are experiencing distress that does not pause, wait, or resolve itself with time. Families navigating instability often reach out for help at the moment they are most overwhelmed, when fear has already taken hold. Right now, Back2Back’s ability to respond is limited by space, not expertise. 704 Elberon Avenue changes that. This building will be a permanent home for trauma-competent care designed specifically for children who need to feel safe before anything else can begin. Without it, too many families remain in distress. With it, fear gives way to trust, and survival gives way to stability.

the moment is clear. so is the need.
To open 704 Elberon Avenue and fully equip it for trauma-competent care, we must raise $7.1 million. This is not a future dream. It is a present decision.
“Cincinnati’s neighborhoods hold extraordinary potential, yet too many families are navigating trauma and instability alone. Children feel these pressures first, shaping outcomes that can last a lifetime. Meeting this moment requires more than temporary fixes.”
