Back2Back staff recently took a group of young adults to the Great Mazatlán Aquarium the Sea of Cortez. Accompanied by eight staff members, the group went with hopes of learning more about the natural riches of living so close to the ocean, about the sea animals and their locations.
They dove into lessons about different species of fish, birds, marine life, and what each needs to survive. It was a trip designed to support cognitive learning and development while also providing fun in a new, unique way. By the end of the day, many of the young men were participating in the shows about marine life and wild birds, sharing what they’d learned throughout the day.
As the young adults grow in confidence, the hope is they also continue to invest in and learn about the many wonderful aspects of the area they call home. Please join Back2Back in prayer for additional outings like this, that provide fun and learning simultaneously.
