To Make Space for Play

Recently, the children who call the India Samuel Suzuki Hope Campus home had the opportunity to visit a 4D Theme Park! The large park holds a bird sanctuary, a play area, and the chance to drive ATV’s for the bigger kids.

The day was filled with new experiences and a chance to see a different area of where the children call home. After a day filled with activities and fun, they enjoyed a picnic together. The power of play can’t go unnoticed on days designed for fun like these. It allows children from hard places to remember they are just children and that fun should be a priority in their day-to-day lives. Back2Back staff are encouraged to make space for play for the children they serve around the world and days like this foster smiles on faces and connection between children. For this, we are grateful.
