Bell ringing ceremonies at one of Mexico’s sites are a rite of passage and a true testament to how healthy and faithful community can make dreams become a reality. A young woman whose hometown is about 15 hours driving distance from Monterrey had a dream to one day help others with their mental and emotional difficulties. Four years ago, she joined the Back2Back Hope Education Program and her journey began.
Through hard work and a growing network of strong support from Hope parents, sponsors, peers, and advocates, she recently graduated university with a degree in Psychology. Her desire is strong and clear – to serve others and share with them how much God has given to her. She wants to pour back out the love and support she has received over her life.
A bell ringing ceremony was recently held on campus for the graduate. She was surrounded and celebrated by those faithful to have helped her along, as well as by her family who made the journey to be with her on this momentous occasion.
Together we celebrate her dedication and dreams to make a difference.
