Back2Back Haiti recently made an exciting announcement! Jimmy Francois, long-time staff member with Back2Back, was named the Site Director! Jimmy’s longevity with the organization and the dedication with which he has served the vulnerable child in Haiti made him a natural choice. Recently, Jimmy shared his feelings about accepting this new role.
“Thank you for this opportunity. I remember starting with Back2Back for the first time in 2014,” he shared. “I started as a facilities worker, then transitioned to the Assistant Captain at Harvest Care Children’s Home, and have been Captain at Rescue of God and Harvest Care Children’s Homes for the last few years. God has stayed with me, gone before me, and come behind me as I’ve accomplished these goals and taken on new responsibilities. I ask God to guide and protect me and give me opportunity and strength. He always provides. I remind myself daily God is always with me, and I will follow Him wherever He wants me to go.”
Jimmy, along with the dedicated staff team, is excited for this new chapter, and Back2Back looks forward to the ways he will impact the lives of children and families.
