Caregivers at each children’s home enjoy spending time together with the children, playing and learning. They are essential to the well-being of the children we serve. Caregivers work tirelessly around the clock caring for multiple children. We realize the high-value of having children in family-style living settings with low caregiver to child ratios to simulate a family environment as much as possible. I am always encouraged to see the results of increasing the number of workers per child. Each caretaker has a well-defined roles – some are just there to play and interact with the children, while others help the children study. Thank you for your support as we strive to ensure each child we serve receives the best possible care!
