Who we are
We’re more than co-workers. We’re on a mission together. It turns out when you work for a cause you care about, it doesn’t take long to make friends.
How you fit
We’re looking for healthy Christ followers who are team players willing to go the extra mile for orphaned and vulnerable children.
Sound good? Here’s what’s next.
1 Inquire
Browse our openings to find the perfect role for you. Then submit a job inquiry form to start the process. Don’t see a position for you? Submit a general inquiry by selecting “other/unsure” as your position of interest, and we’ll contact you!
2 Apply
After inquiring about the position, we will contact you for an introductory phone call. Then you’ll officially apply for the position and interview. If you haven’t already, you may be required to take a trip to one of our sites as part of the interview process.
3 Prepare
When a position is offered, you’ll prepare for your new role. Most positions with Back2Back require support raising: gathering a team of people to financially support the work you’ll be doing. But don’t worry! You’ll have training and a coach to help you.
Why work here?
Changing the world is a whole lot of work, so we work just as hard to care for our team.
Compensation
Many people think you must live in poverty to work in the non-profit world. We believe workers are worth their wages. Our compensation is designed to be competitive, and salaries are based on research of comparable positions.
Work-Life Experience
We desire a healthy environment for our staff to thrive. Spiritual wellness is encouraged through bi-monthly staff chapel and group Bible study. Emotional wellness is encouraged through a casual dress code, ample paid time off, and a team dedicated solely to staff care.
Professional Development
A rapidly growing organization, Back2Back recognizes the importance of professional growth and offers opportunities for ongoing learning and career advancement.
Benefits
We offer our team members health, vision, and dental insurance and retirement options.
Performance and Recognition
We recognize and celebrate the achievements of our team members. Additionally, staff are eligible for a time of sabbatical after 7 years of employment.
