Steve and Christy Ross moved to Monterrey, Mexico in 2007 to serve as Back2Back Staff, and spent the following 10 years there. In 2017, the Rosses moved back to Cincinnati, Ohio with their two young girls. Steve now works alongside the staff team from the US office serving as the US Director for Monterrey. Steve is grateful for the opportunity to serve alongside and coordinate between the staff teams in both Monterrey and the US office.
