Rob Hall

On staff since 2014, Rob’s first encounter with Back2Back was in 2000 leading short term trips for the Christian school where he worked. That same summer he took his wife and two young children on their first family trip and the trajectory of their lives was forever altered. Rob and his wife, Creative Director, Kristine Hall serve on staff together. Rob also has the distinction of having been Executive Director, Todd Guckenberger’s, and US Operations Director, John Guckenberger’s, high school Young Life leader. Yep, he knew the boys when were only 14 – but that’s a whole other story! Rob’s role as Advancement Director is to coordinate and oversee the ministry’s marketing, fundraising, and donor engagement efforts.
