Position summary: Develop and lead the education strategy for Back2Back Cincinnati as part of the comprehensive, trauma competent approach to kids and families in an effort towards dependence on Jesus, interdependence in community, and economic independence.
Primary responsibilities:
- Create and maintain relationships with Cincinnati Public School administrators, staff, and educators in collaboration with the Partnership Development Team.
- Develop educational resource bank of tutoring and educational resources in Cincinnati.
- Monitor educational goals and progress of students receiving educational assistance with Back2Back Cincinnati.
- Develop process for assessment, ongoing evaluation, and celebration for students receiving educational assistance.
- Develop strategy to advocate within the school system for students’ individualized needs and felt safety.
- Develop and oversee a team of Back2Back Cincinnati Education Coordinators.
- Develop and oversee the Back2Back Cincinnati tutoring strategy.
- Track data in Back2Back Cincinnati database.
- Provide educational support to students experiencing educational disparities, as needed.
- Oversee educational aspects of neighborhood based camps.
- Develop a team of ministry partners that fully fund the position.
- Assist as needed with organizational special events.

Required education and experience:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Education.
- Experience working within the Cincinnati Public School system or a similar system.
Required skills and abilities:
