Erick & Julie began working with Back2Back in 2011 at the Cancun site. Back2Back’s commitment to holistic care is what drew us to the organization. We love the people we have had an opportunity to work alongside.
We have two adult children, Eliza and Nick. We have had various roles and learned so many things during our time with Back2Back. We’ve learned about trauma competent care, family strengthening, community development, and reintegrating families.
Fun facts about Julie – I play the harp, I like to hike and bike, and I’m a foodie!
Fun facts about Erick – I’ve had two previous careers before B2B (business & higher education), and I love to bike & hike (with Julie)! And if I don’t get to the gym regularly I get grumpy.
