I have been with Back2BackCincinnati for 4 years. I learned about Back2back while volunteering with a local organization working with at risk teens in Cincinnati. As I talked more with Chris Cox, site Director we quickly realized that my passion for equity in our city and among at risk teens was driven by a Christ like love for those most vulnerable. Soon after I applied and rest is history. My current role allows me to share openly handily in places that have not witnessed openness and transparency, I get to work with men and women who want to serve teens in our city by walking alongside them through our holistic coaching model. I also get the pleasure to influence our juvenile justice system advocating for teens and families who have lost their voice helping everyone realize that we are all in the same fight and that we must stick together as we work towards every teen in Cincinnati be known and loved.
One fun fact about me is that I love musicals and enjoy watching them live.
