Caroline Burns has served with Back2Back Ministries since 2008. She spent 8 years in Monterrey, Mexico where she was the primary caregiver for 10 pre-teen boys in a children’s home. In 2016, she joined the Child Development team in Ohio and serves to equip our Latin American staff in awareness, knowledge and practical application of trauma competency.
