Caleb Daniel

Caleb went on his first mission trip with Back2Back at 10 years old, staying involved with the ministry through trips to Monterrey, Haiti, and Nigeria over the next decade. From that very first experience with Back2Back as a 10 year old, Caleb felt strongly compelled to serve vulnerable children and families with his life. He brought that passion to college and studied business, with the intent of bringing that skillset to the home office of the ministry. After graduating in 2021, Caleb joined the Back2Back US Office staff as a Data Processing Specialist. He loves analyzing data to provide new organizational insights, integrating systems to make data reliable and easy to access, and automating processes to improve task efficiency. Beyond data, Caleb loves leading mission teams, serving in high school ministry at his church, and anything else that plays a part in Jesus’ restoration process for kids and families. He loves to be active outside. You’ll often find him cycling, hiking, skiing, and sipping local Cincinnati coffee in between.
